Submit an abstract and share new tools, research and tactical case studies with #CHANGEAGENTS.

The Agents of Change Summit breakout sessions will share the latest tools, research, and strategies for improving health behaviors. The deadline for all Case Study and Academic Abstract Submissions is October 14, 2022. If you have any questions, please contact our team at info@AgentsOfChangeSummit.org. We are looking for dynamic speakers excited to share their work in an engaging, inspiring forum.

For ease of use, we highly recommend that you download our Abstract Submission Guide and Worksheet and plan out your answers here first. We also have included helpful information about what we’re looking for with each question.

Abstracts may be submitted for Case Study, Academic or Sponsored Breakout Presentations and should spotlight innovative health programs, new research findings, campaigns or community efforts, or programs and applications of technology that change health behaviors.

  • Case Study Presentation: showcases case studies of specific solutions created to overcome challenges common in public health, as well as unique applications of science and technology.

  • Academic Presentation: features new research that has been conducted in public health or technology across various health topics.

  • Sponsored Breakout Presentation: showcases new behavior change marketing campaigns developed by marketing and advertising agencies who work across health or similar fields.
